The quickest option. Just tell us a bit about your child, your preferred days/times, and any questions you'd like us to address during the tour. We'll reach out to confirm within 24 hours.

Prefer to talk with someone directly? Give us a call. We're here Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. If we're with students or on another call, leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you the same day.

Send us an email with your preferred tour dates and times, your child's age, and any specific questions. We'll reply within one business day with available times.

What to Expect During Your Tour

Tours typically last 30–45 minutes and include:

A walkthrough of our classrooms while students are working (the best way to see Montessori in action)
An introduction to our teachers and a chance to ask questions about their training and approach
An overview of our programs, daily schedule, and enrollment process
Time to discuss your child's specific needs, temperament, and developmental stage
A tour of our outdoor play areas and campus facilities

You're welcome to bring your child along if you'd like — many families find it helpful to see how their child responds to the environment. We also offer private tours if you prefer a quieter, more focused conversation.

Best Times to Visit

We offer tours most weekdays, both mornings and afternoons. If you're hoping to see the classroom during a Montessori work cycle (when children are deeply focused and engaged), we recommend visiting between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM. That said, we're happy to work around your schedule — just let us know what works best for you.

Tour FAQs

Do I need to schedule in advance?

Yes. We ask that you schedule ahead so we can give you our full attention and ensure a teacher is available to answer questions. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Should I bring my child?

It's entirely up to you. Some parents prefer a quieter tour so they can focus on asking questions; others like to see how their child responds to the space. Both are welcome.

Can I tour even if I'm not ready to enroll right away?

Absolutely. Many families tour a year or more before their child is ready to start. We're happy to answer questions and give you a sense of what Montessori looks like, with no pressure.

What if I can't visit in person?

We understand that distance or scheduling conflicts can make in-person tours challenging. We're happy to arrange a virtual tour via video call, just mention that when you reach out and we'll set it up.
